Shopify integration - setup in under 5 minutes
Integration via custom app in the Shopify App Store. OAuth flow, webhooks, bidirectional sync.
Steps
- Find the app in the Shopify App Store - search "E.A.S.Y.
Listing Optimizer" or use the direct link from the Connection Hub.
- Install - click "Add app", accept OAuth dialog.
- Permissions - we need
read_products,write_products,
read_inventory. Webhooks are set up automatically.
- First sync - in the Connection Hub click "Sync now". First
pull takes about 2 min for 1,000 products.
What we read
- Products (title, body HTML, tags, metafields, vendor, product type)
- Variants (SKU, price, stock, images)
- Sales channel visibility
What we write
Only what you explicitly approve:
- Optimized titles
- Optimized descriptions (HTML-conformant for Shopify editor)
- Optimized meta title + meta description
Images, prices, stock we never write - that stays under your control.
Conflict resolution
If you edit in Shopify while we have a push pending, your edit wins. We build the next proposal on top of your current state.
