Can I upgrade from Founder to Pro later?

Yes. You can upgrade any time - your Founder price stays for the listings that exist at the time of the upgrade. New listings are billed at the then-current Pro price.

How does pay-as-you-go work exactly?

Du lädst einmalig Guthaben auf (ab 5 €). Pro Optimierung werden 0,50 €, pro SERP-Scan 0,30 € abgebucht. Dein Credit never expires. Ideal für Test-Phasen oder saisonale Händler.

What happens if I cancel?

For Basic and Pro: cancel monthly at end of month. Your data stays readable for 90 days, then it is automatically deleted. Lifetime has no cancellation - you just stop receiving new updates if you opt out.

Are prices with or without VAT?

Private customers in Germany: incl. 19 % VAT. B2B customers within the EU with valid VAT-ID: Reverse Charge - net price shown. Billing is automatic via Stripe as PDF, with ZUGFeRD-compliant XML embedding (roadmap).

Can I book only the Rank Guardian module?

Nein. Rank-Guardian setzt eine bestehende Optimierung im Basic-, Pro- oder Lifetime-Tarif voraus, sonst gibt es nichts zu überwachen. Im Pay-as-you-go ist es per credit add-on.

Which connector is included in the plan?

Every plan includes 1 connector of your choice - including a paid one (Shopify, eBay, Etsy, ...). The CSV feed remains permanently free in every plan and does not count against the limit. Every additional paid connector is $9/month and can be cancelled monthly.
